1. Who we are

Warri Life is operated by Stanley Onuoha, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Contact: [email protected].

2. Age

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or play.

3. Game money has no real value

In-game naira, items, houses, jobs and businesses are virtual. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold or exchanged outside the game. Purchases of game money ("top-ups") are final and non-refundable except where the law requires. There is no gambling or betting for real money in Warri Life.

4. Your behaviour

No harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, impersonation, sharing other people's private information, cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, or selling accounts. We can mute, suspend or ban accounts, remove game money gained unfairly, and reset balances to protect the game economy.

5. Never share your password

Staff will never ask for your password. Do not share bank details with other players.

6. Advertising

Advertisers are responsible for their content. Ads must be legal, truthful and suitable for an 18+ general audience. We may reject or remove ads; refunds for rejected ads are at our discretion before the ad goes live.

7. Privacy (Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023)

We collect: your username, a securely hashed password, an optional email for password recovery, your game data, chat messages, and basic technical data (IP address, device) for security and anti-cheat. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. We use this data only to run, secure and improve the game. We do not sell personal data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. Chat messages may be reviewed when reported.
